INGREDIENTS:

Wheat flour – Sugar – Cocoa Powder – Cake Emulsifier – Whey Milk Powder – Baking Powder

Salt – Modified Starch E1422.

Suggested Recipe: Brownies cake
Brownies Cake Mix 1000gm
EGGS 270  gm
Oil 160 gm
Water 220  gm

DIRECTION FOR USE:

 Pour all ingredients in a bowl & mix with Electric mixer for 5 min. at medium speed.

Required for baking: Brownies cake
Baking temp 160  °C
Baking time 20 – 30 min.

 STORAGE CONDITIONS:

Store in a cool dry place below 25 °C
