INGREDIENTS:

Skimmed milk powder – Modified starch E1422 – Sugar – Cocoa powder – Sodium alginate E401 – Emulsifier – Vegetable oils.

 Suggestions Recipe:

1000gm mousse vanilla

1500gm cold milk or whipping cream

 PREPARATION:

– Whip the mix for 7 minutes.

– Can be used as it is or mixed with concentrated fruits.
– Spread mousse layer on the top of cake.

– Can be covered with concentrated fruit .

– Keep it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
