INGREDIENTS:

Wheat Flour – Sugar – Starch – Stabilizer – Cake Emulsifier – Baking Powder –  Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate E450i   Vanillin – Salt.

 BASIC RECIPE:

Muffin Cake mix  1000gm
EGGS 460  gm
Oil 350  gm
Water 100  gm

 IRECTION FOR USE:

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with electric mixer for 5 min low speed.

Baking Conditions: Sponge cake
Baking temp 180 °C
Baking time 20 – 25 min.

 STORAGE CONDITIONS:

Store in a cool dry place, maximum storage temperature 25 °C
