INGREDIENTS:

Wheat Flour – Sugar – Starch – Cake Emulsifier – Sodium bicarbonate E500 – Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate E450i   Vanillin – Salt.

 BASIC RECIPE:

Pound Cake mix  1000gm
EGGS 500  gm
Butter 450  gm

 DIRECTION FOR USE:

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with electric mixer for 5 min low speed.

Baking Conditions: Sponge cake
Baking temp 180 °C
Baking time 45 – 50 min.

 STORAGE CONDITIONS:

Store in a cool dry place, maximum storage temperature 25 °C
