Sugar – Cocoa Powder – Cocoa Butter Substitute – Lecithin (E322) – Vanillin.
Directions for use:
- Pour the required of chocolate in a hot water bath around 45-50 o
- Wait till all the chocolate melts.
- Use the chocolate for several applications ex. ganache & decorations.
